& Wellness  Cancellation & No Show Policy  Effective March 1, 2017  We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In saying that, America’s Massage and Wellness, a time-dependent business, is run by appointments. Our therapists reserve their time for you and only get paid when service is provided. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be put in place:  *24-hour notice is required:  Keep in mind that when you forget, cancel, or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and your therapist misses out on pay. If you are unable to give us a 24-hour notice you will be charged as follows:  1st time-No charge, Credit card will need to be on file to book any future appointments  2nd time- $25.00  3rd time- Full amount of session  Furthermore, if for any reason, we need to cancel an appointment, America’s Massage and Wellness will make an exception to the 24-hour notice policy.  * Applies to Same day appointments scheduled Late Arrivals:  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will do his/her best to complete the full treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  Our promise to you  We are committed to providing the absolute best massage therapy experience for each of our clients.
